maybe twenty-one is a good age for inducting soldiers anyway. Considering that is the age that many armies in the "rest of the world" take thier inductees. Besides, either they have some "work oexperience" or education they are more resposible and know "how" to take orders. Even if they are married,there will be that "equality between Haredim and those young people that are not "as strict" about religious practice. In fact, many of the issues regarding to length of service can be sorted out much more rationally, except that for some reason, that nemesis created by the Secular-Soicalists in order to promote thier ideologogy will have no meaning anymore. Then we can say we have equality!
