I doubt very much if the risk to Israelis will rise dramatically with the release of these people. Face it, it's been the PA security forces that has largely kept a lid on terrorist activity against Israel - NOT the lack of any candidates to carry out that activity! And furthermore, these guys are no more capable than countless others of those "candidates", and the only thing that has really set them apart from any other has been their s-u-c-c-e-s-s-e-s...which any way you look at it - more than anything else - amounts to "luck". Whether its slipping weapons through security checks, or finding someone willing to blow themselves up. And finally, these guys will pose less risk to Israel than those potential "candidates" at large...because this bunch will be closely monitored by both the PA and Israel.
