After Netanyahu says he would wait for a new U.S. president to reach a better military deal for Israel, American officials fire back.00:09 08.02.16 | 4 comments
And if Mr. Nusseibeh's rational for opposing the boycott is based in pragmatism instead of principle; that is fine with me. The "boycott" is a good example of why conservatives win and liberals lose in the modern world. The goal, punishing Israel, is in fact punishing those in Israel who are most likely to be striving for peace, much to the joy of those opposed to peace who can point to the asinine nature of the boycott. Mr. Nusseibeh is practical enough to chastise English "liberals" for trying to harm those in Israel most willing to seek peace with the Palestinians. I welcome anyone who takes a practical approach, especially when his objection is to pointless, emotional and self-defeating behavior.
