I would think a mother that wants her girl to go to an ultra-orthodox school would probably meet reasonable modesty standards. I think these detailed requirements are a thin veil for some other form of racsism. As to the burqa comments and such, they are irrelavent. It is the right of the parent to decide on education for the child. Just because some left winger is offended, let them send their children where they want. It is very wasy to do in these forums, to throw around catch phrases and try and make everything a war between the observant and less observant (observant to be as my Rabbi says). Try some intellectual honesty. The point of this story is racism, not orthodoxy.
