What Israel may have had in 1973 or what they were going to do with it is still open to debate and in any event, history. It is the Pakistan, North Korea and Iranian bombs that I fear the most. They either have or will have the bomb and a whole lot of pathology or instability to go with it. I don't think that a peace agreement with the Pals, though desireable, will mitigate the potential for disaster with the bomb in these nations hands.
