Why is it, that so many academics have to hug the microphone and groan away some pathetic swan song, that has no meaning to what is commonly known as reality. Reality cannot be found in the cobwebs of some feeble minded self professed expert on either MAD or as in the case of Israel, where the very survival of 7 million citizens is guaranteed by the off chance that Israel posses enough clout to avoid that some countries decide that a final solution is the order of the day. MAD worked, in fact it still works, however in the case of Iran, that is the opposite, for one cannot even compare the DPRK and Seoul, why.? simple,The new leader soon to be, may well have ordered the torpedo against the S.Korean warship, that is , he has followed his fathers footsteps. Please have patience, for here is my point, the DPRK has thousands of artillery aimed at Seoul. They have stated that a nuclear strike against the Naval Exercises could well happen, however, they could not, for they have a few crude devices and are far more rational than any fanatical religious leader whose only aim in life is martyrdom after destroying Israel. Will Iran attack Israel with a nuclear device.? Of course, for they believe that they can destroy Israel, in fact they are so sure, that they bait Israel on a daily basis with photo details of modern weapons all called Death or something. Israel, cannot ever open up its only ace, for that alone will provoke certain countries, apart from Iran into preparations for a major conflict. Those that believe that Iran alone is the enemy, better seek some psychiatric care asap. Many a suitcase nuclear bomb has yet to surface A nice day to all, from sunny Swiss Alps.

Friendship, in contrast to love, does not make us suffer. (Illustration)

This Valentine's day, celebrate not love, but the sublime bond of friendship

Friendship is free of the indignities, suffering and drama that characterize romantic love; it doesn't have an expiration date; we rarely suspect it to be a figment of our imagination. But love is what fuels our economy.
