My ancestors used to live in Spain and then during the 13th century when Spain and Portugal were hijacked by Catholic extremists, the Inquisitors forced the Jews together with Muslims to run for their lives. Those who could make it survived; most ran to Muslim and Arab lands. My people went to North Africa where they were welcome and given every assistance to re-establish their lives. Here, Jews and Arabs lived as brothers and sisters until the birth of Zionism. My grandparents used to tell me stories (oral traditions) how joyful those good old days used to be. Now when I read comments posted by Zionists and their sympathizers (such as those here) I understand why some say that the greatest enemy of Jews and Judaism is Zionism. Just look at the extent of racism as expressed by the choice of their words in the comments they write!
