Itsure makes it sound more innocent, doesn't it? If it was phrased honestly, "we're kicking all the asylum seekers out of our prisons to another country" and acknowledging the inhumanity of putting asylum seekers in prison in the first place, it sure wouldn't look so good, would it? Israel has already gotten called out on putting asylum seekers into prison, trying to force them to sign papers and send them back to their dangerous countries of origin (where they would most certainly be executed). But yes, 'migrant' sounds so much nicer!
