    It is true of what each side is accusing the other of (with the touch of exaggeration for excitement of course) It is true that Hamas is so well supported (the general feelings & common goal, especially regarding Israel had been reitorated since the elections), only `blind idealistic causes` or stoic & purposely oriented Pal supporters & Israeli bashers could have `missed` or cleverly avoided that fact while pushing Pal `moderation`. It is true that Hamas is the danger for Abbas even in WB, because if history teaches us anything, he knows how many of his armed `loyalists` expediantely could become members of Hamas if push comes to shove. Yes, if Israel destroys Gaza with Hamas in mind, it will be the perfect shot in the arm to the Arab world. Everyone will silently breath the sigh of relieve while loudly accusing Israel of genocide. The obvious conclusion of the liberal left, bow to Hamas & fantasize how it can happily stay in the game & `turn from the frog into the prince`.
