What makes somebody a "native"? "we were here first" doesn't work. I could make a case for the Jews being in Jerusalem first and I can make a cse for the Palestinians being there first. Many among Jerusalem's Jewish population were born in the city. This makes them native, regardless odf how their parents ended up there. And as for the Mizrahi Jews who live there - they would have been quite content to stay in their host countries, had they not been expropriated and decimated by Arab regimes. Does this mean any time a news story discusses anything people of European descent do anything in an American city without mentioning black people or native Americans, they are guilty of imperialism. This culty of victimization among the Palestinians is rather tiresome. They lost the war. Make the best of it and try to move on.
