What I think will happen is this Israeli travelling on a Polish Passport accused of having forged a German one will be imprisoned and then there will be negotiations to ensure it doesn't happen again, and the law in which this Israeli travelling on a polish passport obtained a German passport will be amended so you can't just turn up and ask for a German passport because a relative died in the Holocaust, but will be required to give proof. Which will be bad news for many Israelis trying to make preperations incase Iran achieves nuclear parity with Israel.
