It's still notclear to me what the non-secularists want to do. Seems to me that they are allowing he Bet Din to act more freely on some issues, and still limiting the extent of ther abilities on others. The other question is how far the Secular courts will honor requests, such as preventing someone that refuses to divorce his wife from leaving the country, or "attaching his assets", and other actions that prevent him from functioning socially or economically. Other than that--English, please, a Get is a Bill of Divirces, and, any otherwise literate English speaker would have written "divorce", rather than the transliteration of the Hebrew word.
