Not all political and historical moves are done with the consent of all those affected. Just recently, settlers were removed from Gaza without their consent. We are talking about division of the land. There is no reason to stick to the cease fire lines of 1949: they are neither boundaries nor do they reflect realities on the ground. The division should be done by ethnical principle: where the majority are Jews, it should be Israel; where the majority are Arabs -- there is Palestine. Of course, all Israelis, affected by this division, proposed by Lieberman, should be offered a choise: to become Palestinian citizens or to move to other areas, to Maale Edomim, for example, or to Nazareth, and to recieve compensation for lost property. Anyway, this idea is not feasible in the near future: there are no negotiations and there is no credible partner on the Palestinian side, the one, which would be willing and able to implement at least agreements, which have beed already signed.
