It's interesting to learn about smaller episodes like this during WWII but I don't understand if it really changes anything today or would have stopped the Holocaust at all. Even if Auschwitz was bombed, you still had killing fields and extended networks of camps and routes throughout Europe which the allies did not know about completely nor would ever pursue when they had massive fronts to tackle on all sides.
