Obama's speech rules out any Israeli presence in the Jordan Valley, a total hot button for Likud. Obama not only called for giving the Palestinians a blank check to deny Israeli presence in the Jordan Valley--"mutually agreed" amendments to '67, right??--Obama also explicitly called for a 'border' between Palestine and Jordan.
