The Arabs have a fine history of achievement. The Palestinians however didn't manage to agree to the partition plan in 47 in fact they hardly participated in the discussions let alone agree. They didn't manage to take Barak's offer at Camp David but throughout they have managed to follow leaders that have only provided them with misery injury and death. The Israeli's could be the best friends they ever had but never at the end of a rocket or by intimidation. UNESCO is no achievement with leaders such as they have.
