these far left journalists are expert at avoiding a real disucssion and labelling the opponents or their ideas in a stalin like propaganda tactic so they do not have to address the real issue. does a state have to finance groups or individuals who call for the boycott of its citizens or institutions? this is not a prohibition or criminilization of speech. people can say what they like (short of incitement to violence-like against settlers oh sory they do not get that protection). the taxpayer just does not have to pay them a salary or finance their organization to assist them in their choice of speech. hey if i want to incite against buying from israeli arabs in israel since they are by and large loyal to a foreign potentate, do you think these same far left journalists would support a budget item to fund the organization furthering that idea on freedom of speech grounds. pleeeeease. as usual, these ideologues of the left scream gevalt only on one side of the speech divide. they are really supportion freedom (and public funding ) of THEIR speech since they are the all knowing intellectual elite (who can't seem to win an election-they should probably go back to public relations 101).
