Anybody with half a brain can find out that the missiles in question are defensive (by way of range) and are not shoulder-launched. The military balance is absolutely not affected, this is just political hysteria, or rather another move to push Syria into the terrorist corner. Besides, a country which had no problems with the sale of Phalcon to China - a country which openly threatens to wage war against Taiwan - is in no position to accuse somebody about weapons sales.
