The captain of the ship must be well informed about maritime laws connected to blockade. He did not follow orders given by IDF. In such case he would be the only one guilty for all the damages. It is, however, more likely that there was a mutiny on the board of Marvilla and in this case these people making mutiny are responsable of all damages because not changing the course caused IDF penetration. The most important element in normal police examination is to follow the MONEY. Who paid half a million dollars to 50 rioters? And any investigation which does not find the money giver has not found the truth. So far the only guilty ones are rioters many of which according to Turkish and Palestinian newspapers fought to be martyrs asking IDF to kill them. The matter which is an internal thing of IDF is who gave the order to go with toy weapons against the riot one by one. Riots are shown in the TV weekly and never ever a single police man goes against it alone.
