The law in question doesn't relate to collaborating with the enemy but selling land. If Israelis are willing to live in the area they buy homes, irrespective of who the government is, why should the seller be sentenced to death? Indeed, all Pals need to do is indicate that they reserve the right to void a transaction, as in voidable not void, in circumstances which warrant that reaction. One circumstance that doesn't warrant that transaction is a purchaser who wants to live in the land of his or her forefathers, either under Israeli or Pal sovereignty.
