How on earth can Israel force Egypt to take in the people? Would Israel be able to force the Egyptians to nationalise these people (even if they wanted that which I doubt) or would they continue to remain stateless? If - and I presume it would be the latter - how would that stop them still fighting to acquire their own state? Your thinking seems to be based on the premise that whatever Israel wants to do it should be able to do, regardless of however many human-beings will be uprooted. Real life isn't - or certainly should not be - like that.
