"Netanyahu: Israel, U.S. still don't agree on East Jerusalem build" An odd statement, because this was all agreed to back in 2003. Road Map: "Israel also freezes all settlement activity, consistent with the Mitchell report." Road Map: "Consistent with the Mitchell Report, GOI freezes all settlement activity (including natural growth of settlements)." The Likud Prime Minister of Israel signed that Road Map, and the Likud-dominated Knesset ratified that signature. Vienna Convention of the law of treaties: an agreement signed by the Prime Minister and ratified by the Parliament is LEGALLY BINDING. There is simply nothing to argue about i.e. the deal has already been done. All we are seeing now is Netanyahu insisting that a BINDING AGREEMENT be abandoned merely because it is inconvenient to him i.e. he is arguing that an Israeli signature on an agreement is not worth the paper is is written on. Not good, Bibi. Not good at all.
