    How many times over does the US need capability to end all life on Earth, Cipora? Even after the reduction, we'll still be able to destroy the planet 5 times over. So will the Russians. Do we really need the added capability of destroying all life on the planet 15 times over. Is that security in your mind? What is the proper formula for you? How many times over should the US be able to blow up the entire planet and reduce it to a cloud of radioactive dust? Do you have any idea of the destructive power of the US or Russian arsenals?
