It was a law passed by an ellected government. All indipent states have the right to decide who they will and will not let into their country and its not discrimniatory or undemocratic to pick and choose... most countries do pick and choose who they will give citizenship to not just Israel. Israel democraticly said that there would be a law of return that applied to jews only quite legal and quite democratic.
