Before the Six Day War in June 1967 King Hussein of Jordan had signed a military pact with Egypt for various reasons. Israel did not at that point have the controversial "settlements" in the West Bank that it is villified for today by its enemies and admonished for by its friends. Yet the Jewish State was even then under constant aggressive acts by militant Palestinians and their Arab-Islamist supporters for "occupying" any land at all from the West Bank of the Jordan to the eastern shores of the Mediterranean. King Hussein of present day Jordan should have the royal knowledge and courage to finish his half-baked thoughts and sentences by publicly addressing the difficult reality Israel faces when having to deal with those militant Islamists who negotiate only for the whole land for their Caliphate.
