    There is a surprising lack of detail in this report. Remember the basics? Who? Where? What? When? Why? This report jumps to a conclusion based on no evidence. Were they unarmed 10 year-olds? Were they in possession of missiles or rockets or just combs? I can call the guy down the street or across the river a terrorist. But that does not make it so.
