There may be a refusal to extend the freeze, but there was still a freeze. Unfortunately, the Palestinians haven't come to the table yet. You don't know what will happen regarding Jerusalem, because the Palestinians haven't negotiated yet. 42% of the West Bank is NOT in Israeli hands. Gazan's movement isn't "illegally restricted," given that they are in a state of war with Israel. Border will be defined through negotiations, there is no "refusal" to define them. When you are at war, trials are NOT required. It would be stupid (a typical state of being for anti-Israelis). Maybe the Palestinians should make one simple concession for starters -- get into negotiations. They haven't even done THAT!
