As I told you yesterdays to set your minds@work regarding democracy as I told you yesterdays alread@Y: democracy doesn't work at all cos: Capriles is a who alread@Y ended CRAZY@Capriles Clinica Curazau because: he is never going to win a Venezuelan Mandate and all he is WINNING is a MAN DATE: to fill his ass even if Chávez stepped down because: if 86% of all who can vote turns out casting a vote, he'll need at least 52.2% 4 a tiniest marginal win, under all those who could vote: and now you will see how and why democracy doesn't work as if 90% voting: then he'll need 55.56% of all who had a right to vote 4 mandate while if 82% will cast a vote he'll need 61% 4 a mandate: thus, instead needing a higher %@higher turn out, he needs a lower %@higher turn out: and instead needing a lower %lower turn out he'll need higher%@ lower turn out: so, the more people casting a vote, the lesser of them a needed number for a mandate and with the less people casting a vote, the more of them you need for a mandate: that is ANTIDEMOCRATIC. ÆND: IF 86% turn out to vote, Capriles needs at least 58.2% of votes 4 MANDATE: but IF the 14% that didn't turn out2vote in October 2012 turns out to vote this year: then 100% turn out to vote and than he will need just a bit more than 50%, for a Mandate: that is now Democracy.
