For years, the bulk of N. Koreas income has come from the export of weapons to the world's most notorious totalitarian regimes while fully supported by China. When we start seeing consumer products stamped "Made in N. Korea", and alternative ways to feed a starving Nation, perhaps then we can begin to hope for a better future. Otherwise, don't expect Il Jr. to be much different from Assad Jr.
