    MAINTAIN a UNITED JERUSALEM- how? By agreement Between Israel & Palestine! and supported by the international community. BUT FIRST THE WALL MUST GO! It's only function is "ethnic cleansing", and now it is openly expressed by many Israeli politicians. The APARTHEID WALL separates between Palestinians and Palestinians; (see the map). It has nothing to do with "guaranteeing security". A wall between Beit Hanina and Shu'afat and A Ram & Hizme & Ramallah (all Palestinian) is not "preventing terror"-- it is fomenting it. (2) UNITED as London? Jerusalem could have a "Greater Jerusalem Coucil", with the burroughs structure of London, local communes under commen (and alternating) Mayor. (3) The flags of Israel, Palestine and the UN should fly over it. Israeli flag over the "Jewish" Western section. Palestinian over the "Arab" Eastern sectors. UN flag over al-Aqsa and the old city incl. the Wailing Wall. (4) Freedom of religion (not excuted by Israel on Al Aqsa) and elsewhere and...
