"...Israel is the homeland for the Jewish people" said Bush. What happened to "Israel the Jewish State"??? To me this seems to be a potentially significant paradigm shift in favor of the Arab/Muslim side. Lancaster County, PA is sometimes called the "Amish Homeland" but never the "Amish State". "Amish State" would imply that only Amish have rights in Lancaster County, PA which thankfully is not the case. It seems Arabs would have more rights if they lived in the "Jewish Homeland" than if they lived in the "Jewish State". What does "Homeland" mean, legally speaking? The Jewish side can and will push back HARD on this one. This is the most core of all issues.
