iWhere else but the good old U.S. of A do you find Hollywood? Surely the Israelis were apprised of Obama seemingly butt kicking speech. However aside from the seriousness attached to the statement 1967 borders, it still infuriated the Arab world. You would think that a concept so abhorrent to Israel would be welcomed by the Palestinians. Therein lies the beauty and truly statesmanlike nature of Obama speech. He not only described in roundabout terms exactly what will be offered, but he swooped in with serious warnings to Hamas and the PA regarding their UN machinations. Peace will ONLY come through negotiation. There will be no peace without solid security for Israel with militarization sufficient to prevent terror against Israel when there is a Palestinian State. No Israeli PM would dare slap a US president in the face at the White House and on camera. Certainly not before both made major speeches to AIPAC. Certainly not before an Israeli PM sells his peace accord to Congress.
