I don't see that there is any hard evidence to indict him on a murder. They should indict him for involuntary manslaughter. Is the evidence is based on what the police believes? The court has a very high standard for accepting evidence of guilt. I think a trial will find him not guilty. I think Issa's attorney could get the charges dropped to involuntary manslaughter easily.
