Hamas doesn't want the see-saw situation in the South to end. They love to bombard the towns and settlements around Gaza from time to time and kill some IDF soldier here and there so....they will not hit Tel-Aviv. Why not? Because they know, as well as the rest of Israel, that the moment Tel-Aviv, the sacred, will be hit by missiles, a solution to this ongoing terror bombing from Gaza will be found. As long as a couple of "second class citizen" of the South are bearing the brunt, nothing will happen and no solutions will come forth. That's the sorry reality of our impotent politicos.
