Centuries ago the Polish monarchy invited and opened the doors of Poland to the Jewish people. The monarchy knew the Jews had a knack for small business and this was totally lacking in Poland. It turned out to be a positive move because as the Jewish community grew the economy of Poland grew with it. The small businesses grew into large businesses which in turn gave the impetus for more small businesses to open. All that came to a crashing end with the rise of the Nazi party and anti-semitism. Will this be a repeat of Polish history ?
