Dear good people: I say let's scrap all accords and create one state with everyone having equal rights. If you can't imagine a country where Jews and Arabs can live as co-equals, then what does it say about your commitment to peace and justice, and seeing your neighbor as yourself? Re: the 2 state solution, which I predict will fail, I see lots of emails with the same old bullshit about Palestinians not accepting the best peace offer they could get, choosing terrorism and killing Jews, blah blah. I reject violence, but, in fact, OCCUPATION is the engine that creates terrorism. Shooting teenagers in refugee camps with US-made guns is also a form of terror. National humiliation is what makes people's blood boil and turn them to violence. Palestinians accepted a historic compromise of a State in 22% of the original Palestine. If you can't even agree to that, don't blame terrorism for your problems. Blame your own greed and lack of history. The shame! -- a nation founded to provide historical justice for an oppressed people is now oppressing others -- keeping them in camps and cantons like Jews were kept in Warsaw.
