Claims of a 4,000 year old historical connection to this land are incredulous, given that the claim is based on pure myth. Is it any wonder that right-thinking, sensible people are rejecting the Israeli position, when the entire justification for the presence of a jewish state in the area is a complete falsehood. If Israel is to survive, it had better come up with a reasonable, logical explanation of why it should continue to exist. And do it soon!
