James Smith is right. The famed Jewish theologian Philo of Alexandria spent a few years in Palestine around 30 AD. He wrote about the extant religious sects of that time, but not a word about Jesus. Philo, BTW, was the first to describe God as a trinity (The Father, Logos and the Holy Spirit).
