I don't see where "hindsight" comes in. I,for one, sent Rabin a telegram at the time, demanding that he stops that "bone breaking" outrage. I have no reason to think that Gideon Levy had different views at the time. Regarding the Oslo process itself, the general plan of a 5 year period, etc., was copied from Menachem Begin's agreement with Sadat about a period for a Palestinian autonomy. I thought that was clever by giving the Right something it will be hard for them to refuse. But they did refuse. And Hamas also refused. Sharon has an easier time. At least a big portion of the Right supports him.
