There is a big difference between Hevron and Warsaw: in Warsaw the kid was being led away to his death. Apart from that, the similarities are indeed self-evident: that the soldiers see themselves as part of a superior race and the very existence of the "other" population is a problem. And that the arrest of a crying five year old is viewed and justified as a routine right to be carried out with impunity.
