    1. Stop spending money providing Gaza with free electricity, water and fuel from Israel -- either they pay up immediately week-to-week, or they get NOTHING. No int'l law requirement Gaza receive ANYTHING they didn't have before 1967. 2. Cut off Gaza and W. Bank from access to Israeli ports, and the huge security expenses this causes. Didn't have before '67; not entitled to it now. Close Gaza crossings into Israel unless Israel is 100% reimbursed for operating and IDF costs by UNRWA and EU - who benefit financially at Israeli taxpayer expense. 3. Confiscate impounded PA "tax monies" in an amount that compensates Israel for damage caused by Kassams (including cost of reinforcing buildings) -- just as US courts have allowed for damages against impounded Cuban and Iranian funds.
