Dahlan skipped out with a HUGE load of arafat's cash...when arafat was told of Dahlan's shady under the table resort investments in Egypt he blew sky high because that money was for arafat's personel and armed guards in Ramallah...and most of it was to go to his wifes' Paris bank accounts...The 300 million wasn't spent properly on arafat's boys, guns & SUDA and so Fatah lost Gaza cause it had no PAID militia cause the militia money was paid for swimming pools, boys/women, restaurants, cars and those lovely warm nights in Egypt and now DUBAI...what a great guy this delhan...! a credit to his race! Check all this out on al jezeera, abbas's quotes about Dahlans "investments", etc...nothing new here, all common knowlege!
