Which like the Oslo agreement also applies to the PA. The whole protocol allowing PA to receive goods via israeli ports and have import taxes collected by Israel ALSO bans terrorist groups like Hamas that refuse to end violence, recognize Israel from the PA government or elections. Of course PA could simply stop using Haifa and Ashdod port or BG airport or the crossings to send and receive goods, no "international law" requires Israel to provide those. UN or EU or US have no say, they aren't parties to Oslo. And if Hamas is subservient to Abbas in the "unity government", the test will be Israel's demand that Abbas order Shalit freed and all rockets surrendered and destroyed. No results - Abbas and PLO must be violating Oslo rules, so no taxes and no US aid. That's the only "international law" that applies here.
