A joint venture, under the table, to get military hardware to the Lebanese army ASAP in anticipation of a possible uprising by Hezbollah. Especially considering that U.S. aid, which is likely far less than what Lebanon needs, is likely to be tied up in congress thanks to Israel's good buddies there. Far-fetched? Yes. Improbable? Yes. Impossible? NO. It fits the circumstances and the sudden venture coming out of the blue from Moscow. Heh heh heh, or maybe it was Syria.
