Generally I disagree with Mr.Burston's columns - I hold different views. But I defend his right to express them and celebrate (as I trust he does, at least to an extent) his right to espouse them in Israel. It's a country where all sides of a debate are freely voiced. This is something to cherish and it is rare, perhaps unique, in this corner of the world. But there are moral limits to free speech - and as Mr.Burston suggests, when views cross over into ugly racism (and all racism is ugly) that is when the wrong people are in the debate.
