"There is a future of greater opportunity for the people of these nations if their governments meet their obligations..." So claims Bambi. But the question remains, who decided what these 'obligations' should be. If they are the determinations of a majority in some international forum, ie the UN, then so be it. But at the first sign of anyone anywhere not being held to the same standards then those determinations are left meaningless. Oh but of course, that's exactly where we are today.
