The Holocaust is one of the greatest crimes of history and it deserves to be remembered with dignity, with solemnity and with suitable speakers. I wouldn't want Blair or Bush speaking at a Holocaust remembrance. And having Lieberman or Bibi is as bad. They're political hacks with racial politics, there to score their own sad little political points. It's obscene. The fact that they're Jewish should not on its own be justification for having them there. There are plenty of noble, inspiring Jews who have helped humanity, who could have done the job of Holocaust remembrance instead yesterday. Not these two chancers.
