    That's the way it is, whether you like it or not. Why were Jews expelled from middle eastern countries in the first place? because Israel was established. Why are American Jewish students bashed by "not anti-semites, but anit-zionists" on US campuses? because of Israel's policies. Why was a french jewish boy tortured to death in Paris? because of the culprits hate Israel. What is the possibility of harm being done to Jewish and Israeli citizens living in the Diaspora, without fear of consequence? probably higher, because of this deal. Let's put this in the most practical way possible: whenever Israel screws up, to whom do they come whining to for more money? The diaspora community, of course. Who advocates for Israel on the international stage? The diaspora community. The general attitude Israeli's have towards US Jews expressing their dismay on certain disagreeable Israeli policies is "Just fork over the money and shut up." How dare you?
