People outside of israel must understand that right and left in israel are not organize coalition. you can not look at the israeli politics like that because there are so many different groups that contain completely different opinion. The Haridim for example are anti-nationalism, anti-zionism, and tend not to participate in the army, mainstream education, the democratic establishment, etc... they are distinct group within the israeli politics. Another interesting example are the israeli druze, the international community tend to through them to the israeli arab group for the sake to provide a feeling that the israeli arab are united coalition that tend to have a common political orientatio, but the israeli druze tend to be very israeli nationalist actually many of them vote for likud. Also majority of them serve in the army (almost everyone more then the israeli jews) and have the full equality and duty within israeli society. So you cannot simply say right wing or left wing because this world view doesnt feet in israel. It only shows how much little knowledge there is about the arab-israeli conflict and the incorrect simplification of the situation that is done for people like you.
