How about an arugment based upon war, which has been a key force driving civilizations and geography since the birth of mankind. The boundaries of China, Russia, America, the UK, etc all determined, like Israel, in large part determined by war, for better or worse. In the case of Israel, such wars were not brought by it, but rather, in May 14, 1948, again in 67, and especially again in 73 by Palestinians and Arabs alike. The result of such wars, each of these groups brought to Israel's doorstep, according to nearly all viable historical references (unless out of denial you would challenge that massive body of evidence), was the acquiring of additional lands. One does not get to make war, lose that war and dictate terms. The Arabs and Pals lost. The Israelis won and with that victory come additional lands not in the original partition plan the Arabs and Pals refused. And neither the Arabs nor the Pals want to accept responsibility for their actions.
